Full recipe below ⬇️ INGREDIENTS 3 beef short ribs 900g boneless beef chuck 5 ancho chilies 5 guajillo chilies 2 chilies de arbol 1.5L beef stock 1 cinnamon stick 5 bay leaves 1 tbsp coriander powder 2 tbsp dried oregano chopped Cracked black pepper ½ tsp 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 large brown/yellow onion 6 garlic cloves thin slices Salt Small corn tortillas Mozzarella cheese or Oaxaca cheese Coriander and Diced onion to garnish birria sauce METHOD 1. Start by removing the stems and seeds from ancho, guajillo, and chilies de arbol. 2. Then, season all the meat with salt and sear it in a large, oiled pot over medium heat until browned on all sides. Remove the meat and set it aside. 3.In the same pot, add some more oil and chopped onions, cooking until softened. Then, add tomato paste and cook until it darkens. Add sliced garlic and beef stock, and mix together before adding in the chilies. Add the meat back into the pot along with bay leaves, cinnamon and spices. 4. Cover and simmer on low for an hour, stirring occasionally. 5. After an hour, remove the chilies and blend them in a blender with a little of the stock liquid until smooth. Pour the blended mixture back into the pot and bring back to a simmer. Cover and braise for another 90 minutes. 6.Remove the meat and shred it using a fork. Season the broth with salt and set it aside. 7. To assemble the tacos, dunk a fresh tortilla in the broth completely and place it in a cast iron skillet set over medium heat. Top with shredded cheese and cook until just melted. Add the braised shredded meat with a drizzle of broth on one side of the tortilla. Fold the taco over and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. 8. Serve the tacos with a ramekin of broth topped with diced onions and chopped cilantro. Beef Shredded Tacos 📕Recipe here: ❂ Ingredients: 4 lb Beef chuck roast, boneless 1 Onion (middle) 4 Jalapeño peppers 4 Tomatoes (middle) 4 Gloves of garlic 2 cup Beef broth 1 cup Orange juice Fresh Cilantro Olive oil 1 Lime Olive oil Sour Cream Avocado Spices: Salt/Pepper to taste 2 Tbsp chili powder 1 Tbsp Oregano 1 Tsp Coriander ground 1 Tsp Cumin 1/2 Tsp Cayenne pepper ❂ Cooking process: ⁃ Finely chop the peppers, onions, tomatoes, cilantro and garlic. Set aside the onions, tomatoes, peppers, and cilantro for the taco filling in a separate bowl. ⁃ Heat some oil in a large dutch oven. Beef sprinkled with salt and pepper, sear well on both sides until golden brown. Take meat out and put it aside. ⁃ In the same dutch oven add jalapeño peppers, onions, tomatoes, garlic and sauté, after few minutes add spices. Mix well. ⁃ Add beef stock and orange juice. Then put the meat into the sauce. ⁃ Cover with lid and place in 325 oven for 3 – 3 1/2 hours or until the beef is tender enough to shred. The liquid should reduce enough to make a thick sauce. ⁃ Remove the meat from the sauce and place it on a cutting board pr plate. Shred it with two forks.  ⁃ Using an immersion blender, blend the cooking liquid in the dutch oven until it is smooth and thickened. ⁃ Pour sauce over meat or place meat into sauce. ⁃ To make tacos, serve the beef with warmed flour or corn tortillas, Pico de Gallo, avocado slices and sour cream, drizzle with lime and sprinkle with cilantro. ⁃ Enjoy!🌮🌮🌮🤤 #tacos #tacorecipe #EasyRecipe #meatlovers #fypシ

WOW you NEED to try these easy Big Mac tacos these are incredible! These macro friendly burger tacos only take about 10 minutes and they are insane!! 42g of protein for two as well!! 🔥 Ingredients for 2: 170g of 5% beef 2 small tortillas 2 gherkins Sprinkle of lettuce Half an onion 2 squares of light burger cheese For the sauce: Use burger sauce or to make a lighter one: 1 tbsp of light mayonnaise 2/3rds tbsp of ketchup 1 tsp of mustard (Make more if you want more sauce😄) Method: 1. roll the mince into 2 small balls and then place it onto the tortillas and flatten it 2. Add the tortilla to a greased frying pan and cook for a couple of mins on both side 3. With the mince facing upwards, add the cheese then add a lid ontop go the pan. Cook for another 1 min until the cheese starts to melt 4. Slice the lettuce, onion and gherkins and add it on top of the tacos 5.
