Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a pot 2. Mix 1 cup water, grass jelly powder, and sugar in a small bowl 3. Once water boils, slowly pour in the mixture and keep mixing slowly as water comes back to a boil in 2-3 minutes 4. Pour mixture in ice tray 5. Let the mixture cool down for 30 min and place in fridge for 1 hr
