GRAND TETON NATIONAL PARK 🏔️ 5 itinerary stops: 1. String Lake 🛶 With the crystal clear water & jagged mountains it felt like we were in the Swiss Alps 🥹. Our friends @The Sunny Diaries took us here for our first time and we were blown away. HIGHLY recommend bringing your paddle board or kayak if you have one. This place was heavenly. 2. Jenny Lake 🌲 The full hike around the lake is 7.9 miles, 623 ft of elevation gain. It’s great for hikers of all skill levels! Gorgeous views around the lake and there is a ferry you can ride as well. Our third time hiking this lake was with @Vinia DiGeronimo & we had the best time. 🥰 3. Delta Lake 🩵 7.4 miles round trip, 2299 ft of elevation gain. Most challenging of the three but 100% worth it in our opinion. The magical glacial lake is breathtakingly beautiful and so intimate. Fun fact- this trail was our first hike ever together in a national park 🥹 We saw a mama bear and her cubs from a distance on this one! 🐻 4. Hidden Falls 💦 This is actually on the Jenny Lake trail! It’s about 1.1 miles out and back from shore, 187ft of elevation gain and a great spot to enjoy lunch and listen to the sound of crashing waterfall. 5. Phelps Lake 🪨 7 miles, 725 ft of elevation gain. This is a beautiful loop trail and for all you adrenaline junkies, there is a 25 foot rock to jump off of into the refreshing, beautiful water. Be sure to check out the Laurance S. Rockefeller Preserve Center at the end of this hike, it’s free & has very unique sensory exhibits.
