june recipe series day 2: pea, prosciutto, and burrata pizza! ๐๐ฟ๐ท ingredients: 1/2 lb store bought pizza dough ยฝ cup grated parmesan cheese salt & pepper 2 cups kale, chopped 2 cups arugula 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 lemon 1 package prosciutto 1 cup cooked peas 1 tablespoon olive oil 8 oz burrata cheese Red pepper flakes Lemon zest, balsamic vinegar, chopped mint, red pepper flakes, cooked peas and wildflower honey for garnish 1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. 2. Coat the pizza dough olive oil and stretch it onto a cast iron pan or baking dish. Season the dough with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with shaved parmesan cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. 3. Blend the cooked peas with olive oil, salt, and the juice of half a lemon. 4. Heat a large pan on medium-high and add olive oil. Sautรฉ the kale for 2-3 minutes with the garlic and red pepper flakes until softened. Add the arugula and allow to wilt into the mix for about 30 seconds. 5. Spread the cooked pizza crust with the pea puree. Top with the greens, burrata, prosciutto, balsamic vinegar, cooked peas, red pepper flakes, chopped mint, and wildflower honey.
