Beef saqar 💫 #ramadanrecipes - Recipe: Saute onions and garlic till translucent in canola oil or butter Cut of Beef I used sirloin and cut into long pieces you can also cube them Add in 1 large potato peeled and cut into cubes Sauté for a minute Add in bell peppers (you can also cut them long but make them thin) sauté till translucent then add the spices (curry, chilli powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and black pepper) once you’ve added the spices add 2 tbsp of tomatoes paste and 1 and 1/2 cups of water let it come to a boil then put it on medium heat stirring every minute till water reduces and then top with cilantro and jalapeños(optional) if you want a kick!
