Bitcoin humpback whales are a very few addresses holding over 10000 BTC for example micro-strategy and they account for 14% of the total supply! Back in 2019 in the pre-halving year these addresses kept accumulating in the first half of the year to then sell some and stabilize during second half of the year, From 2020 to 2021 they kept aggressively selling into the market highs, later on from 2022 they started to accumulate again and they peaked in the bear market low in November 2022 marking almost a 50% increase. In 2023 Since Bitcoin price surged they started to sell their Bitcoins and seems like they started to aggressively exit the market now with the latest surge, decreasing the wallet count by 10% which could indicate that they are expecting lower prices and they might keep selling if the Bitcoin moves higher!
