Good habits can have a positive impact on our lives Some of mine include: Hydration - I will re-hydrate first thing in the morning to replenish the body after a long period of sleep either in the form of electrolyte sachets or lemon & sea salt. Morning movement - getting up and out early for a run or a walk to stretch the legs and get some fresh air. Gratitude - writing down 5 things that I’m grateful for. Starting the day on a positive note. The ‘Power List’ - something I learnt from @george - a list of important things that need to get done on that day. Sunlight - although a bit difficult in the UK, I try to get daily sunlight, especially in the morning as this can help set your circadian rhythm (body clock) and as we know, Vitamin D has many benefits. Reading - a break from the phone, usually before bed, which I’ve found helps with sleep quality.
