I am fed up of feeling stuck… I am fed up of going round in circles and going nowhere in life. I feel like I’ve tried everything… I’ve watched so many videos, listened to so many podcasts, attempted to read books, but NOTHING sticks. It slides right out of my brain. It’s time I try something different. I want to realistically document this whole process of trying to change my life. I see so many people on social media seemingly do it within a day or two, they do everything perfectly and with plenty of cute aesthetics ✨ My journey will not look like this. Because this whole process takes time and it’s NOT linear! Not to mention, there will be no cute aesthetics here! Just real life 👏 Documenting this change is prettyyyy vulnerable, sharing my life on the internet for anyone to watch… but it’s something I need to do. (Even if no one watches 😂) If that’s accountability I don’t know what is! 😮‍💨 And lord knows I need all the accountability I can get 😅 So come along with me as I realistically transform my life. I’m a non app girly 💁‍♀️ Lil-Lets asked me if I wanted to give the literal finger to shame and the patriarchy, and I said does the sun rise in the morning?! IMMEDIATELY YES!! Applicator tampons were designed to stop women, girls and people with periods from touching their downstairs department because it was thought of as being … ✨disgusting✨ And it's about time we take back that power by going non app! Here’s the thing, by using non applicator tampons, you are reducing period plastic by up to a whopping 96%!!
