Loving this shoulder drop set with the Viking Press machine💪🏻 I’ll usually do these on my last two sets out of four - first two sets 2x12, 2x8,10,10/ til failure. Rest time : Working sets - 60s Drop sets - 70-75s P.S : You don’t have to do these to grow your shoulders, but you can try it if you have this machine and want to spice up your workout! 👇🏻 Leg day | Glute Focused | No machines 👇🏻 1. Sumo Squats : 3x12 (3s pause at the bottom of each rep) 2. Barbell / Dumbbell RDLs : 4x10-12 3. Hip Thrusts : 4x10 (pause 5s at top for each rep) 4. Dumbbell Step Ups : 2x12 each side 5. Bulgarian Split Squats : 3x12 each side (pause 3s at bottom) 6. Walking Lunges Optional finisher : Dumbbell Hamstrings - I use the bar to keep my legs straight for the hamstring stretch. Notes: I’m using a pretty lightweight for all the exercises above, the key is to focus on performing a slow eccentric and concentric movement. Tips : - For more glutes in the Bulgarian Split Squats and walking lunges, instead of performing them with an upright position, lean your torso slightly forwards but make sure your spine stays neutral.
