TW: I don’t like trauma dumping but I just need an outlet rn. I was sa and I always felt ashamed to talk about it. My body held onto that trauma even if I tried to move on. Showed up in nightmares and panic attacks. It affected the people around me and I couldn’t explain why. I felt like a burden and a difficult person to be around which ended in me pushing people away to avoid hurting them. I don’t want to be angry or lose anyone else in my life. I’m still learning but i’m gonna be ok :)
