I’m a former plus size lifeguard! Growing up I always loved swimming and dreamed of being a lifeguard, but never saw a lifeguard with a similar body type as me! 💧 I have always been a STRONG swimmer. I grew into my confidence of my body. I went to take the lifeguard test and was the ONLY curvier person. 💧 I passed my tests of physical ability and lifesaving skills with flying colors! Lifeguarding is very physically & mentally demanding!! I spent multiple years as a lifeguard and swim instructor! 💧 My goal is to one day work with @SI SWIMSUIT 👙 @MJ Day as a featured swim model and shine light on the topic of capability, confidence, and drive for plus size people. I especially would love to talk about my time as a plus size lifeguard!
