The good thing about things that are lost, is that they can be found again 🫶🏻 I just wish I could go back and give that girl the biggest hug and tell her that it’s going to get better. At the time of my break up everyone kept saying day by day you will feel better and honestly I didn’t believe it at all but time really is the biggest healer (you weren’t all liars!!). I’m definitely not ‘healed’, I’m not really sure when that will happen but I definitely feel like I’ve got myself back. I’m proud to look back on this chapter in my life and know I had the strength to walk away from a situation that was hurting me. Then after the initial sadness I managed to pull myself back up (with the extreme help of my amazing friends and family). I fell back in love with running, I found healthy coping mechanisms (shoutout to therapy trio’s), I created content I felt passionate about, I started saying yes to more opportunities and focused on me. I feel so much happier for all of that 🫶🏻 #postbreakup #HealingJourney #breakup

Whole day of eating in Greece 🇬🇷 As per usual I will be enjoying all of the food this trip and so far its all been amazing!! To think I used to restrict myself so heavily before and during holidays to have a ‘bikini body’ makes me so sad, I missed out on so many moments because I would be so caught up on how my body looked. But a few years, lots of up’s & down’s later I’m so grateful that my relationship with food and my body healed and now I can enjoy these moments even more 🫶🏻 #wieiad #fulldayofeating #mykonos
