HAPPY MONDAY✨ Started off with some smithmachine Kas glute bridges here for 4 sets of 10, really focusing on a 2-3 second hold at the top of the rep to make sure the glutes are FULLY engaged Since we were already on the smithmachine, we went right into some goodmornings which are quickly climbing the ladder of being a favorite exercise of mine 🤞🏻 again with this one, really focusing on that mind to muscle connection to really feel the stretch in the glutes 🤌🏼 - 3 sets of 10 w a drop set on the last set Headed into my LEAST favorite exercise at the moment, reverse lunges (any split squat/ lunge movement lmao) BUT they are a NECESSITY so don’t skip them even when you want too!!!! - 3 sets 10 each leg After that we went into some glute biased hyperextensions with another 2-3 second hold at the top to really burn out those glutes - 3 sets of 10 Finished with some glute med - straight leg kickbacks for 3 sets of 12 🫶🏽 ALSO- wearing the new @paragonfitwear Crossover Sculptseam Flexsweat Legging in color “LUCKY” from the Botanical collection launching on April 20th at 1pm.
