Can’t believe im already in my last trimester. Wanted to skip this workout because I was so tired and unmotivated but felt so much better when I was done. Idk how girls get these intense workouts in when they’re pregnant because when I do that, I feel like crap and my back kills me. Baby is also sitting high so breahting is a struggle sometimes lol.
