Guys… I think these cinnamon rolls are the BEST thing I’ve ever made and I just need a moment 🥹🥹 do not walk, RUN to try this recipe 🏃♀️ Servings: 6 large cinnamon rolls Dough ingredients: • 160g milk (2/3 cup) • 2 teaspoons yeast • 50g sugar (1/4 cup) • 325g AP flour (2 1/2 cup) • 1 large egg • 1 teaspoon salt • 60g unsalted butter (1/4 cup) Filling ingredients: • 60g unsalted butter (1/4 cup) • 100g light brown sugar (1/2 cup) • 1 tbsp cinnamon • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/4 cup heavy cream to soak Frosting ingredients: • 4 Oz cream cheese (115g) • 3 tbsp unsalted butter • 2 tbsp cream • 1/2 cup powdered sugar 60-90 min for the first ride 30-45 min for the second ride 375F for 20-25 minutes until golden #cinnamonrolls #cinnamonrollsrecipe #bestcinnamonrolls
