This vermicelli stir fry started as a quick chuck it together lunch which has now become one of our fave meals😋 all cooked in one pan, it takes no longer than 20 mins & is perfect for breakfast,lunch or dinner😋 Ingredients: Approx 150g chicken thighs thinly sliced Marinate in: 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp all purpose chicken seasoning 1/2 tsp chilli flakes 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp @maggi_uk liquid seasoning 2 tsp cornflour or plain flour Stir fry: 2 tbsp preferred oil for frying 1 onion 1 medium carrot 5-6 mushrooms 1/4 cup frozen sweetcorn 1 spring onion Chopped coriander Chopped lettuce 1 scotch bonnet 1tsp soy sauce 1tsp maggi liquid seasoning Half a chicken stock cube 2 handful’s vermicelli (I used the type that is usually used for seviyan/shemai/sweet dishes) 2 tsp chilli oil Sesame seeds for garnish #stirfry #vermicellinoodles #fridgecleanout #noodle #noodlerecipe #stirfryveggies
