#ad Salted Caramel Lava Cake, with Vanilla Ice cream, drizzled with gooey and sweet caramel sauce and sprinkled with pecan nuts and Sea Salt Flakes cooked in the Ninja Air Fryer MAX AF160  This one-drawer dessert is so quick and easy to make… your dinner party guests will be very impressed!  Ingredients: 125g unsalted butter 150g milk chocolate 3 eggs 2 tbsp plain flour ¼ tsp baking powder 2 tsp salted caramel spread Pinch of sea salt flakes Pecan nuts Caramel sauce Vanilla Ice cream Method: Add your butter and chocolate to a microwavable bowl. Microwave on high in stages for 30 seconds and stir until the chocolate fully melts. Beat eggs until frothy. Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the beaten eggs and stir to combine. Add the baking powder, flour and stir until well combined Grease your ramekins with butter Fill the ramekins halfway and add a dollop of the salted caramel spread then add another quarter of the chocolate mixture so the ramekins are 3/4 full. Place the ramekins in the Air fryer basket and bake for 6 minutes for a gooey centre Remove the ramekins from the Air fryer with oven gloves and leave to cool for two minutes. Cajun Prawns & Chips with Garlic & Lemon Mayo…Pimp My Chips - Episode 14 Ingredients: Chip Shop Chips 300g cooked Prawns 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning 1/3 tsp sea salt 1/2 cup mayo 1/2 tsp crushed garlic 1 Lemon - juice only 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic granules 1/2 tsp pepper fresh parsley to garnish Method: - Add your crushed garlic, lemon juice and mayo to a squeezey bottle or bowl and mix - put to one side - Dry your prawns with a little kitchen roll, put them in a bowl and mix with your cajun seasoning and salt - Fry your prawns in a pan for a couple of minutes - Toss your chips in a mixing bowl with the paprika, garlic granules and pepper - Chop some fresh parsley - Add your chips to a bowl, top with your prawns, squeeze over your mayo and garish with your parsley. - Enjoy! #foodtiktok #tiktokrecipe #cooking #tiktokfood #videorecipe #Recipe #recipes #c#chipsc#chippyc#chipshopf#fishandchipspimpmychips

#Ad Chicken Kiev using Tangy cheese Doritos (Serves 1-2 People) Take your Kievs up a notch and use Doritos instead of breadcrumbs…you won’t regret it! Ingredients 100g unsalted butter, at room temperature 3 garlic cloves, crushed 5 tbsp finely chopped flatleaf parsley 2 chicken breasts, skin removed 75g plain flour 2 free-range eggs, beaten 150g Tangy cheese Doritos veg oil, for frying sea salt and freshly ground black pepper New potatoes, tomato and red onion salad to serve Method 1. Beat the butter, garlic and parsley together in a bowl until evenly combined and season with salt and pepper. Transfer the butter mixture to a sheet of cling film and roll into a sausage shape. Wrap tightly in the cling film and place in the freezer for 15 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, butterfly each chicken breast by placing on a chopping board and using a sharp knife to slice into the thicker side, taking care not to cut all the way through, until you can open it out like a book. Place each opened chicken breast between two sheets of cling film and bash with a rolling pin until flattened. 3. Cut the frozen butter in half. Put one on each chicken breast and wrap the flesh around the butter to fully enclose it. (If you like, mix a little flour with water to create a paste to help stick the chicken in place.) Put the chicken in the freezer for 15 minutes. 4. Preheat the oven to 180C 5. Put the flour, eggs and crushed Doritos in three separate bowls. Carefully coat the chicken breasts first in the flour, shaking off the excess, then in the beaten egg and finally coat in the Doritos. 6. Fill a large pan with oil to a depth of 2cm and place over a medium–high heat. Test the oil is hot enough by dropping in a small cube of bread: it should brown in 30–45 seconds. (CAUTION: hot oil can be dangerous. Do not leave unattended.) Carefully place the chicken in the pan, seam-side down, and fry for 6 minutes, turning now and again, until it is golden and crisp all over. 7. Place the chicken on a oven tray and cook for 15 minutes, or until cooked through with no traces of pink and the juices run clear. Bacon Twists…I’ve seen these quite a few times on my feed now so thought I’d give them a try…I did them with a chipotle & honey mayo dip Ingredients: Streaky Bacon - Burnhams Butchers 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 1 tbsp Honey 1/2 Lime juice 2 tsp Chipotle Paste Black Pepper Method: Line an oven tray with greaseproof paper and preheat the oven to 200°C. Twist each strip of bacon tightly, place them on the oven tray and season with black pepper Add to the oven for 25-35 mins, turn if needed and pour off or dab excess oil with kitchen roll. Smash Burger Tacos…Big Mac style Had to give this latest trend a go and I fully approve. Really simple, you should definitely give this one a go! Ingredients: 250g Minced beef - @MuscleFoodUK 3 small tortilla wraps 1/2 white onion 1/4 Iceberg lettuce 6 slices of gherkin 2 grated gherkins 1/2 cup mayo 1/2 ketchup 2 tbsp American mustard 1 tsp sugar 3 slices burger cheese Salt and pepper to taste Method - For the sauce mix the mayo, ketchup, mustard, sugar and grated gherkins together and then add salt and pepper to taste. - Dice you onion and slice you lettuce - Take one tortilla and 1/2 of your minced beef and press it on to your tortilla so it’s evenly spread and covers it all - Add face down to a pan for 1-2 mins so that the beef is cooked then flip, add a piece of cheese then add tbsp of water to the pan and cover so that the cheese melts - Once you’ve done all your tortillas it’s time to build - First add you sliced gherkins, onions, lettuce and then sauce, fold in half and eat - Enjoy! #foodiesoftiktok #foodcontent #videorecipe #foodtiktok #FoodTok #cooking #Recipe #foodrecipe #smashburgertacos #burger #tacos #bigmac

Chicken & Pork Souvla - Viklari - ‘The Last Castle’ The Last Castle (40 minutes north of Paphos) serves the best souvla on the island. The menu is simple - All you’re asked is if you want pork, chicken or both and it comes served with a bowl of salad and giant chips. Even though the meat is cooked over BBQ it melts in your mouth! The simplicity, views and obviously great food is everything I love in a restaurant. We visited twice whilst we were away and we are back in Cyprus for a friend's wedding next June…I will definitely be going back!
