Looking for healthy, 30 minute dinner ideas? I’ve got you covered! 🙌😋 Tonight I made grilled chicken, crispy air fried potato wedges and a delicious lemon herb tahini dip… all in 30 minutes! A simple, healthy dinner that the whole family will enjoy 🍽️ Potato wedges: - slice 2 potatoes into wedges - toss in 1/2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp salt - air fry at 375F for 22 minutes, shaking a few times between Grilled chicken: - slice a chicken breast in half lengthwise - add to a bowl with 2 tsp olive oil, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 salt and a pinch of black pepper - grill for 5-7 mins per side until cooked through Lemon herb tahini dip: - mix together 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt, 2 tbsp tahini, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp dried dill, 1 tsp garlic powder, and a pinch of salt Simple side salad: - add 3 cups spinach, 1/4 of a sliced red onion, 2 tbsp crumbled feta to a bowl - toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes This recipe makes about 2 servings. The BEST air fried chicken nuggets! 😋🙌🍗 These have become a staple for us because they are so quick to make and take barely any effort! I love that these have all of the delicious chicken nugget taste but are a lot healthier for you 💚💚 My fiancé Finn was a SUPER picky eater when he was a kid and one of the only foods he would eat was chicken nuggets, so if these get a thumbs up from him you know they are legit 😂 What you need: - 1 chicken breast - 1/2 tbsp olive oil - 1/4 cup flour (I used whole wheat) - 1 tsp paprika - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (if you want to make them spicy - leave this out for mild or for kids!) - olive oil spray How to: - Slice chicken into 1/2 inch thick pieces - Add to a bowl and toss with olive oil - In a small bowl mix together flour and spices. Add to chicken and toss well until evenly coated. - Preheat air fryer at 400F. Spray basket with olive oil spray. Shake off excess flour from chicken and place in air fryer basket without touching (I did 2 batches) - Spray the tops with olive oil spray and air fry for 4 mins, then flip and air fryer another 4-5 mins until golden - Serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy! #chickennuggets #healthychickennuggets #airfryer #airfryerrecipe #chicken #healthyeating #healthycooking #cleaneating #EasyRecipes #dinner
