On this video, i taught few skills, i haven't shared in a long time in group settings. The students were amazing, really smart. I challenged them to give me the best version of themselves, and they did.. . The lady all black was pregnant, she had a blast, bcuz the waistline training was very important for her delivery soon.. wowww, what an amazing night, with some amazing students.. . A lady came from Trinidad 🇹🇹 just to attend this class, a couple flew from Canada, they left work just to attend my class, Another couple drove from Philly to attend this class, other people drove from far away, just to come learn from me.. .
