Who knew that the foods we eat have such a big impact on how our bodys feel and how we function. As somebody that has been recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, I’ve been on a journey to heal my gut and do things naturally. I was prescribed medication that I didn’t think was necessary and felt like it would only damage my body in the long run. So I chose to cut foods out instead. If you are someone who is going through this, has been diagnosed recently, or even waiting to be diagnosed just know you are not alone. Went to San Diego for the weekend with the fam. Here are some takeaways from a full day at Sea World: If you go to Sea World, def get the all day meal pass. It’s so worth it. You get a new meal (dessert or side, entree, drink) every 90 minutes. If you’re going with small kids or a large group, only get a few all included. Its more than enough food to split. Second. If ypu have Fibromyalgia or any other auto immune diseases DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT DO IT!! Lol. well Its actually really good food. But it will make you bloated, inflamed, and puffy. Moral of the story: If you see me eating fast food or junk, please do not judge on my appearance.
