The main focus of our sessions are improving overall speed, agility & fitness. This is a great footwork drill you can do in a small space! 4 cone agility drill: 1. Lateral high knees into side step 2. Lateral bounds- little feet up and around 3. V runs 4. T runs Finisher: Shuttle runs Round 1 20sec on 10sec rest Round 2 30sec on 10 sec rest Round 3 40sec on 10 sec rest Round 4 50sec on 10sec rest (1min rest between sets) Who’s going to try this session?
