3 Low Calorie Foods I've been eating Non-Stop that make me full despite being in a steep caloric deficit👇 Spring rolls. When I say you NEED to eat spring rolls, I mean it. It is by far the most filling thing on this list. I eat 12 of these spring rolls and it comes out less than 700 calories but I feel like I’ve just eaten over 1200 calories. Plus it’s extremely high protein if you add in some shrimp, beef, or chicken since the rest of the roll is just veggies and the rice paper, which comes out to less than 20 calories per roll. Potatoes. If you’re always eating rice with your meat, switch to potatoes. I know that’s crazy to say as a Korean, but trust me. They are pretty slow calorie and really filling. The best part is you can make them into things you normally won’t eat like loaded fries while still hitting your calorie goal. Rice cakes. Everyone hates on these but try this recipe I recently made. Ranking my favorite flavors of protein powder 😮‍💨 For the sake of consistency and also since I’m sponsored by them, I’ll be using myprotein. Plus they have like the most flavor variety and I’ve tried almost all of them by now. Before we get into it, If you do need any protein powder, use JOEX for 40% off of myprotein and it would also help me out a lot too. Now let’s get into it. At number 5 is marshmallow cereal. Off rip I need to preface by saying I hate, like I mean hate, sweet protein powders, specifically vanilla. I don’t know why but sweet flavors are just way too much and the aftertaste is sometimes crazy. But this is the exception. It’s just sweet enough to have as a nice option with something more rich, which brings me to number 4. Chocolate smooth. Myprotein has a bunch of chocolate flavors, but this one’s the best. You can never go wrong with a classic chocolate. Third we have a surprising entry. Strawberry cream. I expected to hate this flavor because any strawberry flavor I’ve tried tastes pretty medicinal and are always again too sweet. But this is just like a strawberry milk and more subtle so it really shocked me at how good it was. At second place we have mint chocolate. It tastes like melted mint chocolate ice cream, so there’s not much to say. It’s really good. And at first place, after trying so many flavors is…pistachio. Now hold on, I know that’s not what you wre expecting but this flavor hits. I personally love pistachio ice cream, frozen yogurt, all that and this is just slightly sweet and tastes like them. It’s such a unique flavor I’ve never seen before and when I tried it, it instantly dethroned mint chocolate. So yea that’s my top 5 flavors to date. What's the BEST workout routine & how many days should you workout? 👇 Anyone that gives you a straight up answer isn't always right. In reality, it depends. We all recover at different rates, require different amounts of weekly volume, and all train differently. Taking this into account, there is no best workout routine. But that doesn't mean you can't make your workout routine the best for you. Doing so actually makes you find way more progress not only because you're literally optimizing your routine, but also because yiu're able to be really consistent with it. 1.) Find the right amount of weekly set volume (somewhere between 6-20 weekly sets per muscle group) you need to recover fully from each workout while still challenging yourself. 2.) Find how many days a week you can be realitically most consistent with. Whether it's 4,5,6 times a week, space out rest days accordingly to be able to recover from your previous workouts to prevent any performance issues. Then assign a variety of splits: Push Pull Legs (6 days), Push Pull Legs Upper Lower (5 days), Upper Lower (4 days) 3.) Find exercises that are smarter than others and effective at targeting the muscle you're aiming to target. 4.) Now that you have the workout routine, sets, and exercises, it all comes down to finding a good rep range for your exercises. Any rep range between 6-15 is ideal. I personally love 6-8 or 6-10 for most of my exercises. You're welcome. You're welcome. Now you've got almost everything it takes to actually have the BEST workout routine. High protein pistachio frozen yogurt to cure my cravings 😮‍💨 Recipe👇 -1.5 tbsp maple syrup -375g Greek Nonfat Yogurt Plain -1 scoop Myprotein Impact Whey Isolate Pistachio -1/8 or 1/4 Cup Wonderful Pistachios Lightly Salted (up to you!) -1/4th lemon squeezed As I continue to get leaner, I’m starting to miss some of my favorite desserts like frozen yogurt more and more. That’s why when I got sent this package, I got really excited, because pistachio and tart are are my favorite frozen yogurt flavors so let’s go make it low calorie and high in protein! By the way, this is the last day of Impact week where all myprotein products are all 45% if you use “JOEX” so use it before it today 💙 I made some tart frozen yogurt a few days ago but was kinda confused how I’d turn that into a pistachio flavor. So I tried mixing some stuff that just sounded like it would make sense: maple syrup, greek yogurt, and the protein powder but it still didn’t taste right. We need some pistachios. So I blended those and threw it in and boom, we my cravings have been satisfied for this week. I feel like this flavor is so versatile so what should I try making with it? Don't workout then bet on a game of golf...you won't have a very good time Me and the guys decided to play a 2v2 game of scramble, which is where you and your teammate hit and then choose the better ball to then hit from again since you know two of us were a bit better than the other two. But before playing I decided to get in an upper body workout. But I quickly realized why most people don’t do this. Not only was I rusty, but my shot was all types of messed up because my arms were tired. But luckily the other team haven’t played in a long time too. We took an early lead the first few holes and were up by 2 strokes, but then I had such a bad string of holes and we were all of a sudden down by 1. Then out of no where every hole we just kept beating them by 1 stroke until halfway through they just gave up. I don’t know if it’s cause it got super dark or because they were down by 7 at this point, but either way it was such a vibe. What sucks is we were supposed to bet on food, but the losers just ended up doing 100 push ups. #fitness #Vlog #golf
