When meditating on Avalokiteshvara or Chenrezig while reciting the mantra, a Buddhist who had gone for the Empowerment will visualize that the syllable HRIH is at the heart of a lotus and from the syllable, HRIH arises Avalokiteshvara or Chenrezig. The visualization dissolves back into the HRIH at the end of the meditation. I would not elaborate in detail on what we are supposed to visualize just for your sake.

If you are positive, everything in your life will be positive. You could begin your day by repeating "The Four Immeasurables." The Four Immeasurables are extended to all sentient beings during meditation. May all sentient beings be happy, and may the reasons for happiness be abundant. May all sentient beings be free of pain and the sources of pain. May all sentient beings never be separated from the sorrowless delight, and May all sentient beings be at peace, devoid of attachment and repulsion. What are the four immeasurables, and why do they matter? The Four Immeasurables were taught by the Buddha. Loving-kindness, compassion, appreciative joy, and equanimity are all qualities that can be found in a person. - to eradicate malice, cruelty, jealousy, clinging, and repulsion. We release animals as a form of Love. We save them from being slaughtered for food or being fed to bigger animals. Note: Release them with wisdom, release them into rivers, ponds, or into the wild, and at the same time not disturb the ecosystem. I hereby share with you all of my virtues and loving-kindness. May every heart be filled with happiness, kindness, and success. May happiness spread to all four corners of the globe. Sadhu, Sadhu, Sadhu!

The 3 of us went to Lim Chu Kang Cemetery to share our merits with the ghosts and spirits there. @ooimgoodoo and I walked around part of the cemetery streaming and sprinkling blessed water, but it was too dark. @peterke712 then drove the car behind us with the car's headlights turned on for me to stream around. We felt a chill when we arrived at a T-junction and decided not to probe further. We felt the same chill at another T-junction, and I sprinkled the remaining water in the bottle and decided to call it a day and we left the cemetery. We did not feel anything unusual on our way back to my house at City Vue @ Henderson, but I sensed that something went up the lift with me and followed me to the iron gate outside my house door. I expected them to come to tell me something in my dream, but nothing happened and I slept well.
