Meal prep ingredients ~ Overnight oats: •strawberries •vanilla protein powder •dash of vanilla extract •1/2 c oats •1 c almond milk •squirt of honey (Add greek yogurt on top optional) Chicken ceaser salad wrap •romaine lettuce •your fav ceaser dressing (You could also leave the dressing out until the day you eat it to avoid any soggy texture but i added it in) •crutons •parmesan cheese •green tortilla wraps •2lbs chicken breast seasoned to your liking Korean bbq bowl: •2lbs of lean steak diced (Seasonings - 2 pears, 8 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp ginger, 1/4 c brown sugar, salt and pepper to taste) •add rice, kimchi, bokchoy cooked, beef, top with sesame seeds❤️
