#mentalhealthmatters ❤️ dont make posts like this often, but looking back i realize how far ive come. yes there are people who romanticize the past me, but i was young, insecure, underfed, and unhappy. once u stop living for the validation of people around u, u can find ur true self and grow confort within it. treat the people around u with kindness, treat urself with kindness bc u are worth more then you know. i love u all.
