The Secrets of Burrata Burrata is one of my favorite cheeses, but it's actually a combination of two other cheeses. Mozzarella and Stracciatella. If you can't find burrata at the store, or don't want to pay the steep price, you can make your own with some mozzarella and heavy cream.
