Part 3: The End Result My honest review on the Hydro Grip Primer as someone with sensitive skin and big pores… This was not the primer for me. It did its job but not $100 worth. It really burned my skin for the first few minutes of wearing it that I was tempted to start over. It held my makeup but I didn’t notice anything different to my regular Elf primer. Someone reccomened the Sephora Smoothing Primer as a dupe for a quarter of the price. Might give that one a try next. Has anyone experience the same burning affect?
