I use this as cake fillings. Make sure youre using real butter and not marg or youll get too much liquid. I did:1 cup sugar, 85 grams butter, and just under 1/2 a cup of cream/milk (and a pinch of salt). i put it in a different pan later because i needed it to cool faster #LifeHack #DIY #easy #simple #homemade #homebaker #SmallBusiness #baker #bakerylife #caramel #bubbles

As simple as that guys, this is the simplest way to do it but i love it when you add nespray and cream to the mixture🤭. There are different ways in making homemade custard. The other way is mixing the custard with milk separately and making a separate mixture then added into cream or milk that has being brought to a boil. Some also add butter. All always are different but you end up with the same product. __________ #homemade #custard #homemadecustard #fyp #cookingathometiktoktv

Homemade Butter🧈🧈 Ingredients: - 600ml thickened cream 1. Pour cream into the bowl of a stand mixer and mix using the whisk attachment for 5-10 mins or until the butter separates from the buttermilk. 2. Collect all the butter and squeeze as much of the remaining buttermilk out using your hands. 3. Wash butter in cold water until the liquid you’re squeezing out runs clear. Place in the fridge for 5-10 mins for it to firm up 4. Strain any remaining butter from the buttermilk and pour into a container or jar. This buttermilk will keep for up to a week in the fridge and can be used for anything you want. 5. Add 2 tsp of salt to your butter if you want salted butter and store in an airtight container or wrap in plastic wrap. 6. Butter will keep for 1-3 months in the fridge and up to 1 year in the freezer #butter #butterface #homemadebutter #homemadebuttermilk #howtomakebutter #20minutemeals #simplefood #EasyRecipe #Foodie #homemade #madefromscratch #makeitathome #explorefood
