✨Train like a beast to look like a beauty✨ ⬇️READ BELOW⬇️ Hard work always pays off and I’ve always said the hardest part about working out is just having the mindset to show up, after that it all is so rewarding when it’s time to put on a outfit, dress up, wear a bikini, or just be comfortable in your own skin. You’ll never a regret a workout, you will just regret not going. Here are some tips in what helps my motivation✨ 1️⃣ building a strong morning routine. This is so important as it establishes your mood for the rest of the day. I like to wake up early, stay away from my phone for at least 30 minutes after I wake up, and do my self care ( vitamins, skincare, journal, quick pre workout breakfast) before I get started on a workout. Working out in morning is shown to have many benefits for productivity for the rest of your day including making better diet decisions, feeling more energetic, and feeling more productive/getting more work down. 2️⃣ “ setting myself up” before my workouts. This includes: putting a cute gym outfit out the night before, making a gym playlist I love/gets my mood up, meal prepping, planning my workouts in my notes beforehand. It’s always important to hold yourself accountable and find ways that will get you up and already thinking about exercise and not have any excuses to why you can’t. I always have a preworkout ready to go, my gym outfit planned, and my workout planned so when I wake up I have no excuse or no procrastination time. 3️⃣ setting a short term and long term goal with a reward after achieving it. If you don’t have anything your working towards when your exercising or workout out, your going to lose that motivation fast. My short terms goals are usually 2 weeks long after completing a series of workouts: and my rewards are usually a nice dinner, ordering a gym outfit, or a massage or doing something nice self care wise for myself. Long term goals are usually 3+ months long and always are mini vacations I like to take and that always get me motivated to get my body ready for vacation.
