Crispy Garlic Parmesan WINGS packed with flavour, made using this great fryer that I grabbed from @eBay – check out their website to find so many deals on so many items

The perfect dish for entertaining with friends and family this summer 👌 Wet Ingredients: 1kg Chicken wings 600ml Buttermilk 1 TBS Salt 1 TBS Black pepper 1 TBS Paprika 1 TBS Garlic powder 1 TBS Onion powder Dry Mix Ingredients: 1.5 Cups Plain flour 1/2 Cup Corn flour 1/4 Cup Panko breadcrumbs 1/2 TBS Salt 1/2 TBS Black pepper 1/2 TBS Paprika 1/2 TBS Garlic powder 1/2 TBS Onion powder Garlic Parmesan sauce: 150g Butter 5 Garlic cloves (minced) 200ml thickened cream 1 TSP Chili flakes 1 TSP Rosemary leaves 1 TSP Dried parsley As much Parmesan as your heart desires Method: Marinate your chicken wings in a bowl with the wet mix all combined for 6-8 hours. Then take them out and cover well with the fry mix before frying at 170 degrees until the wings begin to float or they’re golden brown. Rest them on a wide rack so they remain crispy, then melt your butter in a pan at a medium-low heat before adding your butter for around 30 seconds so it doesn’t burn. Once the garlic cooks through, add your cream, herbs and Parmesan and mix for around 5 minutes until the sauce reaches a smooth but not runny consistency.
