Word of advice. If your squatting and you cant feel it in your glutes, more than likley ur squats are not low enough so DROP THE WEIGHT. Last year i could squat 100kg but my depth was shocking and my glutes rarly engaged!! I have now started from the begginig and corrected my depth and form.
