Air Fried Sticky Date Pudding ✨ this is one of my favorite fall dessert recipes and if you do not have an air frier, then you can make this in the microwave! (Recipe below) Recipe: Ingredients- 1/4 cup chopped dates 1 tbsp hot water 1/3 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp brown sugar 1/3 of a whisked egg 1 tbsp oil Dash of vanilla 1/3 cup all purpose flour Ice cream for serving Caramel sauce for serving Directions- 1. To a microwave safe & oven safe dish, add the dates & hot water. Mix & mash the dates and water until well combined. 2. Then, add the brown sugar, egg, vanilla, oil, baking powder & mix until well combined. 3. Air fry at 340F for 12 minutes. Depending on your air frier, this may take a little longer. If microwaving, microwave on high for 1 minute. 4. Top with ice cream & caramel sauce of choice & enjoy! #food #foodtiktok
