Don’t get caught up in trying to hit certain paces when you first start running. Just put one foot in front of the other and enjoy keep going 🩵 if we were amazing at everything straight away there would be nothing to aim for, what would be the point? Progress will come! 6 weeks ago I hated running with a passion but randomly started couch to 5k, I have 3 runs left of the programme and currently run for 28 minutes without stopping!!
