✨ALPHABET ICE SENSORY✨ If there’s a random purchase I’ve made that I love, it’s this silicone ice mold. We’ve used it to make our own crayons, make mini muffins, and for ice sensory play! Such a meaningful way to incorporate letters into play 🙂 If you don’t have a letter mold, just paint ice cubes! Here’s what you need: 🌧️ Clear glass 🌧️ Small cup with water 🌧️ Water + food coloring 🌧️ Shaving cream 🌧️ Dropper Here’s how to do it: 1️⃣ Fill your big clear glass about 2/3 full of water. Squirt shaving cream on top of water. 2️⃣ In a separate cup, mix together water and food coloring 3️⃣ Use the dropper to get colored water and squirt it on top of the shaving cream. ✨DANDE”LION” SEARCH✨ This was such a simple and fun activity! My three year old is obsessed with dandelions AND lions so this was a definite win-win 😉 The best part is, it’s an activity you can do over and over! Here’s what you need: 🌻 cardboard 🌻 black marker 🌻 screwdriver 🌻 dandelions Here’s how to do it: 1️⃣ Get a piece of cardboard and draw a lion face on it. Minimal art skills required 🤪 2️⃣ Poke holes around the face using a screwdriver. Make sure they’re big enough to fit a dandelion stem. You can add as few or as many as you want! 3️⃣ Head out to find dandelions! Teach your toddler to pull from the base of the plant so it leaves some stem. 4️⃣ Put each dandelion stem into a hole of your lion. Keep going until it’s mane is full! This activity is a win-win and will keep your child busy for SO long! Here’s what you need: ☀️ Washable paint ☀️ Outdoor plastic toys - we used our Cozy Coupe ☀️ Paintbrush ☀️ Soapy water ☀️ Sponges Here’s how to do it: 1️⃣ Put paint in a container and let your toddler paint their toys! 2️⃣ Once their masterpiece is done, fill a bucket with soapy water. 3️⃣ Rinse the car with the hose - it makes scrubbing the paint easier. 4️⃣ Using a sponge and soapy water, let them clean!
