This is what I did do though … Feel free to save and try these out 🔑 1. I tracked my intake so that I would know how much I could eat and still reach my goals or maintain them for MY BODY !! 2. I used the 80/20 rule so that I could start practicing moderation 3. I practiced volume eating and increased my protein intake to help reduce snacking 4. I utilized swaps to help me recreate the meals I enjoyed to make them less calorically dense but still be full 5. Most importantly…. I healed my relationship with food !! 👈👈 GAME CHANGER !!
