⬇️⬇️⬇️ Why these steps were so important for me when creating long lasting weight loss results ✅ Oils and other sauces tend to high be high in caloric value because of the amount of fat they contain. Fat is 9cal per gram so measuring them out help reduce my caloric intake. ✅ Eating from out of the bag usually caused me to over eat when I measured it out I not only reduced my intake but I found out that I didn’t need to eat over the actual serving amount on the label ✅ When I put the phone down and turned off the tv when eating I ate slower and was able to identify weather I was full or not and most times would even eat less then was on my plate. This allowed me to be more in tune with my hunger signals and prevented over eating.
