Niu Bi 7.5/10 😋 Inspired by old scool Teochew style beed kway teow, Niu Bi derived their juicy recipe from the renowned hock lam beef tradition and put a modern twist on it. The beef itself is trully a work of art, the slices are juicy and tender while the “8 hours braised tendons” are melt in your mouth quality. For under $10 a bowl, it is really worth it!
